Cosmetic Treasures is a growing import company specializing in carefully selected high-quality health and beauty products. We operate both B2B and B2C, distributing our products through retailers in health food, pharmacies, and beauty, as well as through our own webshop: cosmetictreasures.se.

Our customers include established players such as Hälsokraft, Life, Apotea, Meds, and Lyko. Our goal is to provide customers and partners with a first-class experience – from inspiration to delivery – with a focus on quality, service, and long-term relationships.

About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged e-commerce assistant who wants to help develop our growing business. In this role, you will work broadly with many aspects of our e-commerce – from order management and product updates to marketing materials and customer communication.

The role suits you if you enjoy combining structure and creativity and thrive in a smaller company where you can take responsibility and be involved in many parts of the business. With us, you will have a varied workday and the opportunity to develop within e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage order flow and deliveries to both B2B and B2C customers

• Update product information, prices, and images in the webshop and other sales channels

• Create marketing and product materials for retailers

• Write compelling texts for products and campaigns

• Work with basic image editing in tools like Canva or Photoshop

• Support marketing and sales efforts with administration and coordination

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in e-commerce, marketing, or administrative work

• Is proficient in image and text editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

• Has experience with social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn)

• Writes and expresses themselves very well in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Is detail-oriented, service-minded, and enjoys working in a structured manner

• Has an eye for detail and preferably an interest in health and beauty

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce

• Knowledge of digital marketing (Google, Meta, newsletters, etc.)
