You will be working with the fast-growing brand Sunshine Delight, which was nominated for Grocery Product of the Year and awarded Product of the Year at Pressbyrån in 2025.
Now it is time to take the next organizational step. We are pleased to have been entrusted to help Dellia find the two strongest business creators in FMCG for the key positions of KAM and Head of Sales. The roles will be based at Dellia's newly established sales office in Stockholm.

About the roleIf you want to develop business with some of the largest customers in the grocery trade while eagerly driving the work for listings with new customers, then this is the role for you.
As KAM, you will be responsible for Axfood, Service Trade, and New Business. As the relationship-oriented person you are, you will maintain good relationships with existing customers while driving the business forward and establishing new customers as well as new business opportunities with current customers.
You will identify growth opportunities through category and sales data, optimize assortments, negotiate prices, build campaign strategies, and drive Dellia's continued positioning as category captain.
You will work very closely and report to the Head of Sales, Sweden. You will also work closely with the rest of the Swedish organization with warehouse and logistics functions in Jönköping, Dellia's Nordic Sales Director, and other central support functions in Oslo, as well as the external sales force Conaxess Trade.
Overall responsibilitiesThe KAM role is responsible for increasing our market share in the snack category through a clear challenger strategy, category competence with a deep understanding of the value chain – from producer to consumer.
The position combines strategic category development with operational execution in close collaboration with customers, category, sales, and supply.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Driving profitable growth by developing and managing the business with your established customers
Working for listings with new customers in New Business
Increasing market share with your customers, including through successful category work
Understanding and analyzing the role of the category with your customers, working with assortment optimization, and contributing to planogram and shelf insights
Continuing to drive Dellia as category captain and as a clear challenger and reformer in the snack category
You have solid experience in the grocery trade. We believe you recognize yourself as a KAM who “stands out” – both in your relationship-building and how customers perceive you and in the results you have created for your categories. You understand that business is not only created in central negotiations but in-store. You are curious about and engage in the sales force's work and love to visit stores yourself to understand the category fundamentally and identify new solutions.
Likely, you have previously worked with impulse categories. You are a business creator who is analytical and relationship-oriented with a habit of negotiating. You have a “challenger mindset” and are innovative, opportunity-oriented, and passionate. You see opportunities and execute them.
Desired professional experience1 – 5 years of experience as KAM in the grocery trade
Post-secondary education in economics or equivalent
Strong ability to work with Nielsen/POS and translate data into clear business insights to act upon
Experience working with category arguments
Solid understanding of customers' processes, launches, and systems
Understanding of the entire value chain (from producer to shelf)
You likely have worked with impulse categories such as snacks, confectionery, or beverages
You may have worked in a challenger category and built businesses from the ground up
