Job Responsibilities

You will work in the field and visit customers within your district of Mälardalen. In your district, you are responsible for selling and spreading knowledge about the products from our clients and developing business with both new and existing customers. You are expected to build long-term relationships to promote growth and profitability for both FMCG Partner and our customers and clients. You will work independently with planning your work and are responsible for budget, follow-up, and results.

Who are you?

To succeed in your role as a field salesperson with us, you need to have strong social skills. As a person, you are outgoing and make others feel comfortable around you. You have a strong customer focus, are good at building long-term relationships, and have a positive attitude. We believe you have experience in retail or restaurants, and if you have sales experience, that is definitely a plus.

A driver's license for a car (B) is a requirement as the position is 100% field-based. The company is characterized by a strong team spirit, and our employees are all responsible individuals who enjoy contributing to the group's success. You value good structure and planning and have a strong self-drive and competitive instinct. You also have extensive knowledge and interest in food and beverages. The role requires good knowledge of the Swedish language and good communication skills in both spoken and written form. We expect you to be proficient in the various parts of the Office suite. A suitable place of residence is Stockholm and surrounding areas.
