JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the face of LKQ Atracco, and your main focus will be to seek out, book, and conduct meetings with new potential workshop customers, as well as maintain existing customer relationships with workshops. The job may also involve participating in fairs and events that we attend as exhibitors throughout the year. You have great freedom to plan your own workweek and will mostly work independently, but of course, you belong to a wonderful team that you will have close contact with.

Your main job responsibilities:

• The work primarily consists of new customer acquisition but also includes visits to and further development of existing customers.

• Consultation regarding our products and services.

• Participation in fairs and events.

• Planning and structure.

• Weekly meetings for reporting and follow-up.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

The person we are looking for for this position is a positive and trustworthy relationship builder who is motivated by making deals. You have a strong drive and commitment and are not afraid to contact new people, thriving best when working in the field. Since the work is mostly independent, it is important that you have a strong self-drive and good organizational and planning skills.

Important for the position:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry (e.g., from working in a workshop, service advisor, sales of car parts, or other relevant experience).

• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious but not required:

• Previous experience in proactive sales, preferably from B2B.

• Automotive technical education.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will spend your working hours traveling to customers within your district. Since you work in the field, overnight stays in hotels occur, sometimes several times a week. Your place of employment will be Stockholm, and in addition to customer visits, your work can be performed from home or from the office in Västerhaninge.

• The position is full-time and starts with a 6-month probationary period.

• Working hours are Monday to Friday.

• Overnight stays in hotels are frequent.

• The salary consists of a fixed part and a performance-based part.
