Are you a service-oriented team player who enjoys handling multiple tasks simultaneously? Falck Health and Work Life is now looking for a Customer Service Representative for daytime work at Falck's Service Center in Vasastan, Stockholm!

As a Customer Service Representative at Falck, you will assist our customers throughout Sweden in their contact with Falck, where the main task is to manage customer bookings for a wide and exciting range of services. As a Customer Service Representative, you are Falck's face to the public and need to be a team player who delivers a high level of service to support our customers and operational consultants. The job involves customer contact via phone and email, and in a fast-paced industry, you need to enjoy tempo and taking initiative to best assist both customers and colleagues.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • a minimum of a high school education, preferably with a focus on healthcare or administration, or equivalent experience.
  • experience working in a switchboard or customer service, or has experience working with customer interaction via phone, email, and chat.
  • good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, and can communicate in conversational English.

Other: Temporary employment on an hourly basis, starting as soon as possible.

Working hours are weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00.
