We are now looking for you who want to work extra as a store salesperson for our fantastic client Blomsterlandet and work in their various stores around Stockholm, including Bromma. You will be employed by us at Retail Knowledge but will work at Blomsterlandet. Here we offer great flexibility as you can easily set your availability that suits your everyday life via our app. All to ensure that it meets your and our customers' needs.

You are a person who is passionate about meeting people and fulfilling customer needs. As part of our team, you will have varied tasks, such as cashier work, sales, and restocking. Regardless of the task, the focus will always be on providing our customers with fantastic service. You thrive with flexible tasks and see it as an opportunity for development.

Working as a pooler with us at Retail Knowledge means that you are both an ambassador for us and for the client you are assigned to. For you to thrive in this role, it is important that you are a positive and service-minded person who finds it easy to communicate with others and enjoys that no day is the same at work.

Requirements to become a pooler with us

• We have a REQUIREMENT that you have another primary occupation for at least 1 year ahead (e.g., university studies or another part-time job)

• You can work store hours, i.e., mornings, evenings, and weekends

• You have the opportunity to work at least 2 weekdays a week and 1 weekend day (Alternatively 3 weekdays)

• Are flexible and can step in at short notice

• You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with others

• You enjoy exceeding customer expectations and are driven by personal interaction

• You thrive in a sales role

• You speak and write fluent Swedish
