We are now looking for you who want to be part of our Norwegian Collections team part-time. You will be part of a team of about 20 people working to help our customers with financial difficulties get back on track.

Are you a bit worried about Norwegian? No worries! The majority of our colleagues in the Norwegian team speak Swedish (or Sworska), and that works just fine. The important thing is that you feel comfortable! ✨

About the role

As a Customer Advisor in Collections, you will be contacting customers who are behind on their payments for various reasons. Most of the calls are outgoing, but you will also handle incoming calls from customers who seek contact themselves. In some cases, there are simple solutions, while other situations require a long-term payment plan in collaboration with the customer. In addition to the calls, some administration is included, but since the role is phone-based, we are looking for someone who enjoys communicating and sees each call as an opportunity to help!

To succeed in the role, it is important that you are engaged and driven – both in your interactions with customers and in your own development. We value your active contribution in team discussions and meetings, even in situations where you may not have the deepest expertise. Here, we work in a regulated environment, and it is crucial that you understand the responsibilities that come with working at a bank, especially regarding compliance with the regulations we adhere to. Examples of regulations we are affected by include GDPR, banking secrecy, AML regulations, and identity verification. We also need to consider how we communicate with our customers both verbally and in writing. 📓✔️🖊️

Training and scheduling:

We are keen to give you the best possible start in your role with us, which is why the position begins with two weeks of full-time training at our office. To give you a good foundation to start working, it is required that you have as high attendance as possible during these two weeks, except for mandatory school commitments.

The work shifts we offer are mainly scheduled over 4 days at the beginning of each month and 3 days in the middle of each month. This is when we have extra work to do. At other times during the month, we rarely need more hours unless it is to cover for illness or leave. During the summer, you can expect to work full-time some weeks. We schedule about a month at a time, one month in advance.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have experience working with customer service or with people in some way.

  • Can work part-time for at least 1 year and have another main occupation of at least 50% during this time - for example, studies.

  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

  • Are comfortable speaking with Norwegian customers daily.

It is a plus if you:

  • Have worked in customer service with phone support or closely related work.

  • Have previous experience working in banking or finance.

  • Are familiar with the Norwegian language.

To thrive and perform well in the role, we believe you need to be:

  • Service-oriented & communicative – You listen to the customer's needs and can also set demands when needed 🌱

  • Responsible – You take responsibility for both your own and the team's work, have a strong work ethic, and show understanding of the business's needs and commercial conditions. 💪

  • Result-oriented – You are motivated by achieving goals, for example, in customer satisfaction and efficiency 🏆

  • Flexible – You adapt to different situations, are good at prioritizing, and see opportunities even in changes 🤸‍♀️

In addition to this, it is important for us that you identify with our values: we are wholehearted, we collaborate, and we take the lead.

Practical information: Start: By agreement Location: Office at Gävlegatan 22 in Stockholm Employment type: Specific fixed-term employment Working hours: 9-17 Hourly wage 💰 The salary for this position ranges from 160-170 SEK/hour and is determined individually based on relevant knowledge, experience, and education.
