Job Description

The organization is looking for a driven and innovative communicator who wants to contribute to business development. The role suits someone who thrives in the intersection of communication, business, and digital development, and who is accustomed to working both strategically and operationally.

The assignment also involves being able to support based on varying needs. During the initial period, the assignment is expected to be full-time, with the possibility of varying in scope after a few months.

The organization offers a community-oriented service that affects all households – electricity contracts. This places high demands on the digital communication to be clear, accessible, and competitive, while also building long-term trust and loyalty. Initially, the role will be part of a team focused on new customer acquisition. The tasks include customer communication and content production across all channels, such as web, app, email, and print. There is also an ambition to further develop work with marketing automation and personalized communication on a larger scale, which may be included in the assignment. Over time, focus areas may change, creating opportunities to broaden and develop the role.

The role combines strategic communication work with operational execution in a digital and business-driven environment. The work takes place in a team that values initiative, responsibility, and development, while the role is part of a larger network of communicators where knowledge and experiences are shared across team boundaries. There are approximately ten communicators in the nearest network, distributed across different teams, providing both team proximity and access to specialist expertise in the field of communication.

The ideal candidate is curious, business-oriented, and has a good ability to switch between independent work and collaboration, depending on the nature of the assignment. The person is used to working under time pressure without compromising quality and has a good understanding of working according to established brand guidelines and tone of voice to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Mandatory Requirements

• Post-secondary education in digital communication.
• Experience working in CMS environments (preferably Episerver/Optimizely), preferably within sales organizations.
• Created and optimized digital campaigns, newsletters, and conversion flows.
• Worked data-driven, with analysis, follow-up, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Used AI in work for efficient content production, including personalizations and agents.
• Led projects in digital communication in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Worked agile.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in UX writing and working closely with app teams, as well as working with agencies is a plus.
