About the job as Content Producer

As a Content Producer at Jefferson Wells and with our client, you will be responsible for creating engaging, social-first content aimed at multiple digital channels. The role entails overall responsibility for content production - from idea to final delivery. You will work closely with the in-house studio, production team, and external partners to ensure high quality and that all content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity.

You thrive in a role where creative work is combined with clear structure, planning, and coordination. In this assignment, you will also collaborate closely with product marketing, design, channel marketing, and the broader creative team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging digital and social content for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
• Adapting and developing brand assets to platform-specific formats.
• Ensuring that storytelling is clear, relevant, and visually strong.
• Exploring new creative tools and techniques, including generative AI when relevant.
• Driving the production process end-to-end: resources, timelines, deliveries, and quality.
• Collaborating with the in-house studio, external agencies, and production partners.
• Ensuring that the content aligns with campaign goals and product messaging.

The candidate we are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in content production who thrives in the intersection of creativity and structure. You have a visual eye, a good understanding of digital platform behaviors, and a natural sense of how to create engaging stories on social media.

To succeed in this role, you need to be self-driven, curious, and comfortable in collaborations. You also have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and create results together with both internal and external teams.

We believe you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in content production, digital content creation, or creative project management.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates experience in social media content creation.
• A good understanding of platform formats, audience behaviors, and storytelling.
• Experience writing creative briefs and leading creative processes.
• Familiarity with working with both in-house production teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
• Curiosity about new creative tools and technologies, including generative AI.
