SevenDay is currently looking for a dedicated employee who wants to work in both the Customer Care & Retail Support team and the Collections team.

Your Role

In this broad role, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with customers and partners while contributing to ensuring credit quality and good customer relationships. You will handle incoming and outgoing cases within both customer service and Collections, giving you a broad insight into credits, savings, insurance, and loans.

You will be an important part of a dynamic team where problem-solving, self-directed work, and the ability to make correct decisions are central. Proper handling of cases is crucial for both the customer and the company.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Care & Retail Support:

• Receive incoming calls and handle cases from existing customers and partners
• Administer and update customer data
• Administration related to cases within credits, loans, insurance, and savings

Collections:

• Handle customer cases related to unpaid invoices
• Evaluate possible support measures and payment/installment plans
• Communicate with external partners, authorities, and lawyers

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, for example via phone or email
• Experience in administrative tasks, such as registration, updating cases, or document management
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Work experience in fintech, banking, or finance
• Experience working with credits, loans, or savings products
• Direct experience in Collections or handling payment reminders/unpaid cases

We are looking for someone who enjoys working both independently and in a team and has a natural service focus. You are problem-solving oriented, attentive, and can quickly grasp new instructions. You enjoy customer contact and handle both incoming and outgoing cases in a professional and secure manner. The role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changes in the work situation, as well as a structured approach where you can make correct decisions even in more complex or sensitive matters.
