Your Role

We are now looking for a full-time customer service representative for a consulting assignment starting immediately. The assignment initially runs until the end of August but with good opportunities for extension.

In this role, you will be a central contact point for both corporate clients and private individuals. You will work in a team in an open office and handle incoming inquiries via phone and email. Together, you will strive towards clearly defined service goals where quality, availability, and professionalism are in focus.

The working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, either 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receive calls and register fault reports via phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries via both phone and email.
  • Ensure that cases are followed up and administered correctly in the system.
  • Support corporate clients with questions related to contracts and invoicing.
  • Work systematically towards set service goals together with the team.

The role combines customer contact with administrative tasks and requires that you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Start: Immediately

Working Hours: Monday - Friday either 07:00–16:00 or 08:00–17:00.

Office: Kista

Employment Type: The position is a consulting assignment via Clevry but with very good chances of extension or direct recruitment to our client.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in customer service and we consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in similar work within service. We believe that you who are applying are meticulous and independent in your work while being a team player with a positive attitude.

You have:

  • Previous experience in customer service where the phone has been your primary working tool, or similar work within service. 
  • Good system and computer skills. It is an advantage if you have worked in systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or Connect.
  • Experience with contract and invoicing issues is also highly meritorious.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
