We are now looking for a housing supporter to Hedens Omvårdnadscenter in Bollnäs. We offer training and a developing job where you can make a difference! The position is for hourly and summer substitutes.

What do we do? With us at Nytida, you will meet people with various needs for support and care. It is about supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on outings, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for someone who wants to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Hedens Omvårdnadscenter Hedens Omvårdnadscenter is a HVB and special accommodation (SoL) for people with psychiatric diagnoses. We have 56 places divided into six units: Heden, Hedbacken, Hedgården, Solheden, Björkheden, and Solrosen.
About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will start from the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and night work (awake night).
You will have a group manager close to you in the organization. This could also be a future career opportunity for you.

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
