Information about the position

Swedish Orphan Biovitrum (SOBI) is an international pharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases. SOBI operates globally and works to improve the lives of patients worldwide through innovative treatments. In this role, you will support the team responsible for Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISS) and Managed Access Programmes (MAP), where administrative processes and compliance with regulations are central parts of the work.

You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at SOBI during the assignment period. The assignment is time-limited, starting in February 2026 and running until December 2026. Responsibilities

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the ISS and MAP team and ensure that documentation, processes, and follow-up are handled correctly and efficiently. The role involves close collaboration with several functions and working structured towards clear deadlines.

You will, among other things:

  • Manage and administer the ISS portal, including archiving and follow-up
  • Assist in drafting initial versions of contract agreements
  • Process contracts for signing
  • Support the work with transparency reporting and safety reporting
  • Follow up on milestones within ongoing ISS projects
  • Handle customer setups and PO requests

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in contract administration and/or document management
  • Has good communication skills and enjoys working together with cross-functional teams
  • Has the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Is meticulous, structured, and used to working according to established processes and deadlines
  • Is comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks and performs them with high quality
  • Has good knowledge of English, as the work takes place in an international environment

It is a merit if you have:

  • Experience with ISS/MAP portals or contract management systems such as Contract PodAi
  • Previous experience from the pharmaceutical industry or medical operations
