This position is an interim assignment at approximately 50% that lasts for about 3 months with immediate start.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the organization through an ongoing transition. The assignment is operational and close to the business, focusing on driving the entire process in a structured, correct, and professional manner. You will act as a close support to managers and leadership, ensuring that all steps in the transition are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and internal guidelines.

The work involves developing and managing priority lists according to LAS, including analysis of priority circles, operational units, and any exceptions. You will lead discussions regarding agreement lists and ensure that the process is designed in a way that minimizes the impact on the remaining operations. A central part of the assignment is to lead and conduct union negotiations according to MBL and manage contacts with authorities, such as notifications to the Employment Service and reports to TSL.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for conducting termination meetings and providing managers with safe and professional support throughout the process. You will also ensure that terminations, certificates, and all related documentation are handled correctly and with high quality, from start to finish.

  • Develop and manage priority lists according to LAS, including assessment of exceptions

  • Analyze and establish priority circles and operational units, as well as drive discussions regarding agreement lists

  • Lead and conduct union negotiations according to MBL

  • Be responsible for notifications to the Employment Service and reports to TSL

  • Conduct termination meetings and provide support to managers throughout the process

  • Ensure correct terminations, certificates, and documentation according to applicable legislation

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • At least 5 years of experience in qualified HR work with a strong emphasis on labor law

  • Documented experience in independently leading and conducting transition processes, including terminations, priority management, and relocation investigations

  • Very good knowledge of LAS, MBL, and related labor law legislation

  • Experience in leading and conducting union negotiations and collaboration with employee organizations

To succeed in this role, you are a confident and self-driven person with high integrity, accustomed to handling complex and sensitive labor law issues. You work in a structured and analytical manner, with a good ability to understand regulations, assess priority and operational unit issues, and ensure correct documentation.

You are a clear and trustworthy communicator who can lead union negotiations, conduct termination meetings, and provide managers with professional support throughout the transition process. At the same time, you are attentive, stable, and have the ability to create security and trust even in challenging situations.
