We are now looking for an experienced Financial Manager to Svensk Fastighetsförmedling. About the role

As an experienced Financial Manager, you will work in a broad and operational role closely connected to the business. You play a key role in insights and decision-making, and through your expertise, our team as a whole will improve.

In the role of Financial Manager, you will primarily work with:

• Ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual financial statements for all companies in the group

• Tax calculations and annual reports

• Reporting and analysis

• Cash flow analysis and follow-up of KPIs

• Basic controller tasks

• Contact with authorities, banks, and auditors

• Preparation and presentation of financial decision-making materials for the management team

You will be part of the company's management team and be a driving and educational force in increasing the understanding of finance and key performance indicators. You are responsible for supporting the business in achieving goals and results as well as further developing financial processes.

You report to the group's CFO and work closely with both the finance function and the management team of Svensk Fastighetsförmedling AB.
