Description
The Property Support and Service Administration within the Västra Götaland Region is responsible for property management, project management, maintenance, and operation of premises, as well as several administrative support and service functions for all the region's activities.

The Payroll Service area is responsible for paying salaries to all employees in the Västra Götaland Region. We are over 110 employees within five units working with everything related to the payroll process, pension administration, and system management of HR applications. We are located in three places within VGR: Vänersborg, Mölndal, and Skövde.
Due to increased demand from our customers, we now need to expand our team with a Heroma Reporter for our consulting business Heroma Service, located in Mölndal or Vänersborg.
The position involves a fixed-term employment.
Job Responsibilities
Heroma Service is a unit that provides administrative relief in the personnel system Heroma for managers and employees to our customers, as well as businesses, within the Västra Götaland Region and is an internal consulting operation.
As a Heroma Reporter, you are part of a team of 8 people whose mission is to support managers and employees in the Heroma payroll system. Common tasks include:
- Daily support via phone, email, and case management system
- Administrative tasks such as handling deviations, absence registration, setting up schedules, staffing, on-call duties, and preparedness based on customer input.
- Sending reminders and preparing reports as needed
- Participating in customer meetings and also meeting potential new customers to explain our service
- Maintaining contact with other support functions and acting as a link between employees, managers, payroll service, and HR.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a completed high school education, preferably in administration, economics, or equivalent. You have previous experience working in the Heroma payroll system, preferably as a Heroma Reporter. You have knowledge of labor laws and agreements governing salary payments. You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written.
We are in a development phase, and since the work requires self-leadership, we see that you have good initiative and the ability to organize your work. There are good opportunities for development in the role as we see that you have the ability to drive improvement work.
To be part of the digital transformation, you possess basic skills and can use digital tools and services. You can search for information, communicate, interact digitally, are aware of risks (GDPR), and have the courage and motivation to participate in development to learn new things.
To thrive in the role of Heroma Reporter, you need to have a good sense of service, a solution-focused approach, and a positive attitude towards our customers and colleagues. You should be able to understand the big picture, see details, and be meticulous as we work with a lot of numbers and data management every day. The ability to work in a team is important; you are part of a group where openness and transparency in your work are crucial for the team to function.
