Are you ready to step on the next stop and become our next payroll specialist?

As a payroll specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our employees receive the correct salary on time - in accordance with laws, collective agreements, and internal guidelines. You handle the entire payroll process from start to finish and work with several different service categories, employment forms, and collective agreements, making the work both developing and challenging. With us, you will also have close collaboration with various parts of the business. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys many internal collaborations and where no day is like the other!

Who are we?

You will be part of an engaged group of payroll specialists led by an approachable team leader. Together, you belong to the HR and communications department, characterized by collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a good working climate. In your daily work, you will have close contact with your colleagues in the payroll department, the rest of the HR team, and other parts of the business such as personnel planners and managers.

Vy Buss AB is divided into two business areas; the contracted traffic operated on behalf of, for example, Västtrafik and the commercial traffic consisting of the brands Vy flygbussarna and Vy bus4you. The payroll department is a support function that supports both business areas and contributes to the smooth operation of the business every day.

Job Responsibilities

Your work as a payroll specialist includes, among other things:

  • Registration of documentation, file reading, controls, and payroll runs
  • Personnel administration such as generating reports, reviewing travel expenses, and writing certificates
  • Support for managers, employees, authorities, etc.
  • Ongoing insurance and pension issues
  • Participation in the development and streamlining of payroll processes

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • A degree in payroll or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of experience in payroll administration
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Experience working with the Office suite, especially Teams and Excel

Meritorious:

  • Experience with SD Worx and/or Catalystone

We Offer

After a thorough introduction, there is the possibility to work from home some days a week.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period and starts as soon as possible. The employment follows the terms of the Employment Agreement for the transport industry.
