As a receptionist, you will be our client's first point of contact, responsible for welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring that the administrative flow runs smoothly during the busy tire season.

We are looking for someone with experience in customer service and a positive attitude. You are social and enjoy meeting people, which brings energy to both customers and colleagues. Your ability to handle stress allows you to stay calm even during busy periods. You are service-minded and always prioritize the customer's experience. Structured work and attention to detail come naturally to you, and you create order and structure in your work.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience as a receptionist or have worked in the automotive industry, especially during busy seasons. Knowledge of booking systems and the ability to organize and plan are also beneficial. Experience in multitasking and solving problems quickly will be appreciated. However, we place the greatest emphasis on your demeanor and social skills; for us, the right attitude and willingness to make the customer experience as good as possible are more important than formal qualifications.
