Evondos is now looking for an Operations Consultant with sales responsibility for the Västra Götaland region.

As an Operations Consultant at Evondos, you will have regional responsibility and work closely with municipalities and healthcare organizations. You will work largely independently and play an important role as a link between the customer and the organization. The role involves responsibility for business and development, where results are created through dialogue, trust, and operational work rather than traditional sales.

Your main tasks will include:

• being responsible for the implementation and startup of Evondos solutions for new customers

• training customers in the use of medication dispensing machines, including setup, patients, and permissions

• supporting customers in establishing new working methods and scaling up usage

• working long-term with both existing customers and potential customers who do not yet use the solution

• sales responsibility for designated municipalities

• driving dialogue and collaboration with central functions at our existing and potential new customers

At Evondos, we work together and closely with our customers, but you choose where you start as long as you can visit your customers.

You have experience working in or closely with municipal operations and are used to navigating public organizations. You understand how decisions are made, how change takes time, and what is required to make new working methods work in practice. At the same time, you thrive in a role where relationships, dialogue, and trust are more important than quick closures. Achieving results is also a driving force for you.

Furthermore, we believe you have a relevant education, and if you also have a medical background, such as a nurse or nursing assistant, or experience with medication dispensing machines or other welfare technology, we see this as a significant plus. You hold a B driver's license and feel comfortable with Swedish and English in both speech and writing. Since you are responsible for customers throughout the Västra Götaland region, you are expected to travel and meet customers on-site.

You are structured and self-driven, but also communicative and confident in meeting others. You find it easy to make contact, can take space when needed, and adapt your communication style according to the recipient and situation. You see technology and systems as support in everyday life, and you have no problem getting into new tools and working methods.
