Do you want to be the face of our company and create a positive experience for our customers? We are now looking for a dedicated case handler for our Service Center. With us, you will be part of a team that provides fast, professional, and solution-oriented service.
About the roleAs a case handler at the service center, you are the first contact for the customer and play a key role in creating a positive experience. You meet each customer with a professional and engaged approach and guide them in a safe and service-oriented manner. You handle and follow up incoming cases via phone, email, and other digital channels. Your main tasks include:
Customer service and reception
Case management, switchboard operations, and fault reporting
Member advice and support
Internal service and ordering service
Mail and invoice management
Member and training activities
You are a communicative and self-driven person who enjoys helping others and has a positive attitude towards new challenges. Flexibility and teamwork are natural parts of your personality. Service is a central part of the role, so your interest and experience in providing good service are important qualities.
We see that you have a structured working method, good computer skills, and ease in learning new systems. You have a high school diploma and are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in administration, customer service, or financial work is a merit.
We offerWe offer a permanent position at 100%, with an initial probation period of 6 months. The position is located at our office in Borås. Start date March 16 or by agreement.
