About the role

Do you want to help shape the future of NetOnNet and contribute to providing our employees with the best possible conditions for success? We are now looking for an HR Business Partner who wants to work closely with the business and be an important support in our ongoing development journey.

In this role, you will be a central part of our HR team and have the opportunity to both drive and develop strategic HR work while being hands-on in the daily support to our leaders. You will have a broad and varied role where you are a culture bearer, advisor, and change partner in an organization that values simplicity, engagement, and action.

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our leaders and support them in areas such as recruitment, work environment, rehabilitation, leadership, labor law, and union cooperation. Through your support and expertise, you will help create a workplace where people thrive, develop, and feel motivated in their daily lives.

You will also be a key person in our digital development. We are on a transformation journey where new technology, smart HR systems, and AI-driven working methods play an increasingly important role in how we work today and in the future. Here, you will help shape how we use new digital opportunities to enhance both the employee experience and the business.

Together with our dedicated HR team, you will drive, develop, and improve our HR processes and contribute to high engagement and a strong culture at NetOnNet.

You will work with:

  • Support to leaders in all HR-related matters

  • Union cooperation and negotiation

  • Development of HR processes, policies, and guidelines

  • Work environment efforts and rehabilitation

  • Recruitment and onboarding

  • Culture and values work

  • Leadership development based on our leadership philosophy

  • Salary mapping and salary review

  • Contribute to the development of digital working methods

Who are we looking for?

To fit perfectly into the role of HR Business Partner, you need to have a relevant academic degree in HR and at least three years of experience in qualified operational/supportive HR work.

You are a self-driven and motivated person with high social competence and the ability to think innovatively and creatively. You have high integrity and are comfortable handling both people and complex HR issues professionally. Your communication skills – both verbal and written – are very good, and you can adapt your message to different target groups. Order and structure are important to you, and you thrive on putting the team before yourself.
