Job Description

We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured employee for a varied summer job with many points of contact. In this role, you will coordinate daily flows, handle incoming inquiries, and ensure that our customers receive quick and professional service.

You are an important link between customers, internal functions, and external partners. The work involves receiving and following up on orders and requests, planning and coordinating activities, and solving problems that arise along the way. The pace can be high at times, which requires good prioritization skills and a solution-oriented approach. A computer and phone are your primary tools, and the work requires good administrative skills.

The work is tentatively scheduled from May to August. Working hours are daytime Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative, service-oriented, and solution-focused
• Enjoys working in a structured manner and has good administrative skills
• Can easily prioritize and handle a sometimes high pace
• Is comfortable working in various IT systems
• Expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or planning work is an advantage, but personal qualities are of great importance.
