Do you want to elevate your career with us? 🚀 We are looking for a licensed Customs Specialist for a long-term assignment from March to October 2026 in a global automotive organization.

Here you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant goods flows between Europe, China, and the rest of the world – in an organization that drives the development of future vehicles.

Test Vehicles & Logistics is responsible for the entire lifecycle of test vehicles within a global automotive group. The business is international, dynamic, and complex – with vehicles and components moving across several continents.

As a Customs Specialist, you will be a central expert in the team, ensuring that import and export flows are efficient, compliant, and risk-minimized. You will work closely with logistics, purchasing, finance, legal, and external partners to create a seamless end-to-end process.

You will:

• Ensure that all imports and exports comply with EU, Swedish, and Chinese customs regulations

• Review and quality assure documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, HS classifications)

• Classify vehicle components and finished products and determine customs duties and fees

• Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures

• Conduct internal controls and identify risk areas

• Be the primary contact person for customs-related issues towards internal functions

• Has a bachelor's degree in logistics and is a licensed customs specialist/broker

• Has experience in customs, international logistics, import/export, or freight forwarding

• Is meticulous, analytical, and comfortable with document handling under time pressure

• Communicates fluently with both authorities and internal stakeholders

• Speaks Swedish at a native level and is fluent in English

• Experience from the automotive industry or a fast-growing organization

• Knowledge of EU–China flows and Chinese customs documentation

• Experience with ERP systems and customs/logistics platforms
