Do you want to work extra as a store salesperson at a leading retail chain with the flexibility to choose your shifts?

At Retail Staffing, we are now looking for store salespeople who can work extra as needed at MQ, Lindex, or Hemtex stores in the Gothenburg area. As an employee of Retail Staffing, you will work on behalf of one of these retail chains, but you will work at several different stores within the same chain in our store pool.

You choose when you want to work by booking shifts through our convenient app. This gives you great flexibility to adapt the job to your schedule. The tasks include personal sales on the floor, assisting in fitting rooms, cash register work, stock work, and a high level of customer service. You are an important part of the team and ensure that every customer has a positive experience in the store.

To be eligible for the position, you need to have another primary occupation of at least 50%. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or a self-employed person with active F-tax. This is a requirement according to our collective agreement, and we will not be able to proceed with your application if you do not meet any of these requirements.

• Has a primary occupation for at least a year ahead
• Has previous experience in personal sales within retail
• Can work at least two shifts on weekdays during the day, with the possibility to also work evenings and weekends
• Is flexible and can step in at short notice
• Enjoys working quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Likes to collaborate with colleagues and contributes to a good team spirit
• Appreciates variety and sees it as educational to work in different stores.
• Has good language skills in Swedish and English
• Has completed high school education
