Pipe Analysis in Sweden - Part of SERWENT is the parent company and headquarters for the subsidiaries Swedish Pipe Analysis, Flush Pipe Inspection, Pipe Technology in Uppland, Uppsala Relining, and Iret.
The collective expertise of the companies lies in the maintenance and renovation of sewage and ventilation systems. We work with housing cooperatives, construction companies, public sector entities, and private customers. We offer flexible and customized services while maintaining a high level of service. We have around 120 employees, and our geographical work area includes Greater Stockholm, Örebro, and Uppsala and surrounding areas. The headquarters is located in Stockholm near Västerbroplan, which is also the workplace for this position.
Job Description
The role of office coordinator is a combination of internal and external service and administration directed towards all our subsidiaries and the entire group's customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating a positive atmosphere, is organized, and has an eye for detail.
You will have primary responsibility for the switchboard and reception and ensure that our office meets the functional and service requirements set by management.
The role includes handling mail and deliveries to the office, assisting the finance department with supplier invoice management and customer billing, managing emails to our info addresses, and registering work orders in our case management system. Furthermore, you will be responsible for key management, office and staff orders, system maintenance, and registering agreements in the group's contract module. You will also be responsible for parts of the onboarding/offboarding process for staff and planning joint activities within the group. At the office, you will act as a hub where no two days need to be alike.
Who are you?
For this position, we are looking for someone with experience in service roles with extensive customer contact, familiarity with new systems, and curiosity for new areas and tasks. It is a plus if you have worked in a similar role. You are meticulous, proactive, and enjoy creating a positive atmosphere around you. Additionally, you are solution-oriented when problems arise and responsible and structured in your daily work. We expect you to independently prioritize tasks and plan your work time as you become comfortable in the role.
Scope and Appointment of the Position:
The office coordinator position is a full-time (100%) on-site role. The working hours are generally 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. We hope the right person can start by May 4th at the latest, preferably earlier.
