ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute with the possibility of summer employment with our client in Alvik, Bromma.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM awake night

• 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to be able to start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a man in his 45s who has a high spinal cord injury and is paralyzed. He uses a tracheostomy, a ventilator at night, and an electric wheelchair. Your main tasks will include tracheostomy care, daily chores, personal care, and transfers. Lifts and shower chairs are available in the home. You will also be responsible for managing the home ventilator.

The client is interested in games and music. Despite being paralyzed, he can play computer games with the help of various aids.

As an assistant, you should be a calm person, preferably with an interest in games, music, or culture. You will be trained and authorized to handle the tracheostomy and home ventilator, which means you can work with these aids. The client has been granted double assistance around the clock, which means you will always work with a colleague.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form

PREFERABLE

• Experience working with tracheostomy and home ventilator

• Care education or equivalent

• Care experience or equivalent

Employment rate: Substitute position with the possibility of summer employment

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
