ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a new colleague to join us in Malmö. As an applicant for this position, you will have a leading role with office responsibility, where you will belong to a small, close-knit team that supports each other in everyday tasks.

At workfind, we work among other things with the Employment Service, where we support job seekers daily within the Rusta and matcha service. In Malmö, we have two offices where you will sit together with your colleagues. In your role, you will guide our candidates, helping them prepare and match for their new jobs or further education. You will also have contact with employers, where you will be responsible for the recruitment processes from A to Z. You will have the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and enjoy flexibility in managing your own days while being responsible for the office and contributing to the further development of workfind.

Please note that the position is part-time (50%).

WHO ARE YOU?

As a person, you need to be a team player and love taking responsibility. You should also have a phenomenal ability to take initiative. We believe you thrive in a fast-paced environment where there are demands for results, goals, and flexibility. Your communication style is clear and direct. You speak and write Swedish fluently. If you have additional language skills, such as Arabic, this is highly meritorious. Furthermore, we see that you have experience in the industry with a broad network of job seekers and employers looking for staff.

DO YOU MEET THE REQUIREMENTS?

To be considered for the position, we want you to have at least 180 higher education credits with at least two years of work experience, or at least one year of post-secondary studies with three years of work experience in areas such as recruitment, guidance, transition, handling personnel issues, management with personnel responsibility, or work with labor and labor market issues.
