Do you want to be part of creating real change in people's lives? We at Yrkescentrum are looking for an engaged Recruiter with sales experience to join our team in Malmö.
We are looking for a person who easily connects with others, has a lot of drive and commitment, and wants to work in recruitment.

Communication skills:
- You easily connect with others
- You are communicative, persuasive, and confident in customer meetings.
- You build trust and networks with both customers and colleagues.
Sales experience:
- You have previous experience in sales/recruitment and understand the importance of solution-oriented thinking.
- You are results-oriented and enjoy working towards high-quality standards.
Service and business focus:
- You are attentive and put the customer's needs at the center.
- You apply Yrkescentrum's methods and working practices to ensure high quality of service.
- You are meticulous and structured in following up on participants' development and ensuring they receive the right support to achieve their goals.
- You have excellent skills in using computer-based programs such as word processing and presentation tools, email, and the internet.
Structure:
- You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus and always deliver quality.
- You are self-driven and have a strong motivation to achieve set goals.
- You are a humble team player who turns words into action.
You speak and write fluent Swedish and have good knowledge of English.
Yrkescentrum works according to a structured model focused on new employment for our participants. Through focused and individual coaching, we help our applicants clarify needs and conditions and create the necessary materials for effective marketing of the individual and their competencies.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop existing customer contacts and actively pursue new customers.
- Conduct individual meetings with participants to support and guide them in their processes.
- Manage administration, planning, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Plan and conduct lectures and workshops.
You will work as the sole responsible recruiter at our office but will be part of a helpful and supportive team of employees at Yrkescentrum's other offices.
We welcome applicants who have the ambition to develop within the company, but you must already meet the eligibility requirements for the position.
Applications that do not meet the competency requirements will not be processed and will be rejected immediately.
Competency requirements:
You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
You have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.
You have at least one year of experience in recruitment work.
Employment conditions:
The position is 50%, with working hours Mon-Fri. No remote work.
Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
Salary according to collective agreement, individual salary setting.
