Vasakronan's own co-working concept - Vasakronan Arena

In the fourth quarter of 2020, Vasakronan launched their own co-working initiative “Vasakronan Arena”. This new concept provides their tenants with an attractive co-working alternative. Based on Vasakronan's large customer base, prime locations, their extensive sustainability thinking, and experience in office development, they can offer a concept that focuses on efficiency and productivity.

Arena Triangeln, which is Vasakronan's first Arena in Malmö, is located in the absolute best spot in the middle of Triangeln shopping center. Here, there is opera, art, vibrancy, crowds, and Malmö's largest retail offering right outside the door. In addition, the Arena is adjacent to Pildammsparken and has direct access to transport that takes you further into Malmö, Sweden, or the rest of the world.

Arena Triangeln offers 100 flexible workspaces in an inspiring and dynamic environment, twelve meeting rooms equipped with smart technology, and 95 shops, restaurants, and cafes in the Triangeln mall. There will also be an opportunity to rent your own arena office. Of course, there are several lounges for events, mingling, or a pleasant chat in one of the comfortable armchairs.

ABOUT THE POSITION AT 80%

In the role of Arena Host/Receptionist, you are the face of Arena Triangeln. Your primary task is to create a first-class reception for guests by delivering outstanding service to visitors and assisting tenants and members with their ongoing inquiries.

As an Arena Host at Arena Triangeln, you will work closely with our Site Manager. Together, you will be responsible for booking conference rooms, answering members' questions, and arranging various catering services. You will greet visitors and take care of conference guests and members by organizing breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks in a pleasant and professional manner. Part of your tasks includes writing quotes and confirmations for new members, which requires an eye for detail. You will also handle packages and mail, as well as ensure that our meeting rooms and common areas are always in good condition. It is important that you welcome both members and other guests with professional and personal service. If you also have computer skills in Excel and PowerPoint, it is an advantage.

You are employed by Carotte and work 80% at Arena Triangeln starting in February 2024. The work is scheduled during weekdays, office hours.YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for an energetic and meticulous person who is excited about building relationships and providing the best possible service to guests. You should also be an initiator with a willingness to take responsibility and work effectively in a team. Having a high service level combined with a positive attitude forms the foundation for the position. We would like you to have experience in hotels and conferences as well as meeting booking.

You should be self-sufficient, flexible, and have a high level of service awareness as you will collaborate with members from various industries. You have worked in organizations where high service standards have been a focus. You love meeting people and are energetic, positive, and proactive. Your focus is always on the customer, and you are driven to deliver a good service experience in all situations.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with coworking and in a service-oriented role.WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE

• Experience in similar work, preferably in reception and/or hotel reception.

• Good computer skills and accustomed to working with digital services

• Experience with conference technology (meritorious)

• Fluent in speaking and writing in Swedish and English
