We are looking for partners to support us in delivering the service "Rusta och Matcha 2" on behalf of the Public Employment Service. We are particularly interested in individuals who are willing to work in areas where PerformIQ is not yet established. Visit our website to see where we are today.

You will have the opportunity to develop and achieve high competence within the service and become part of a comprehensive network across the country. You will also receive support in administration and finance. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the operations at your office(s) with great freedom.

Your tasks:

Individual coaching: Conduct coaching conversations and create action plans tailored to the unique needs of participants.
Job matching: Support participants in improving their application documents, preparing for job interviews, and connecting with employers.
Education matching: Identify and guide participants to educational opportunities that strengthen their skills and increase their employability.
Documentation: Follow up and document participants' development and progress according to the guidelines of the Public Employment Service.

Profile

We would like you to have a strong local network with contacts within both employers and the education sector. Experience in leadership roles or running your own business is an advantage, but personal suitability, relevant experience, and good references are crucial.

It is important that you meet the Public Employment Service's requirements for mentoring and matching within the Rusta och Matcha 2 service:

Option 1

Education: University education equivalent to at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
Work experience: At least two (2) years of full-time work. Part-time work can be counted if the accumulated work corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.

Option 2

Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with passing results.
Work experience: At least three (3) years of full-time work in areas such as management, recruitment, career guidance, or similar fields. Part-time work can be counted if the accumulated work corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
