As an intern with us, you will gain insight into all areas of our HR organization as you will have the opportunity to participate in various meetings and also get a glimpse into different HR projects. One area you will become familiar with is recruitment, from the moment a need arises until a candidate starts working. In addition to recruitment, you will also have the opportunity to learn more about rehabilitation and workplace environment issues, as well as other administrative processes within HR.

Our HR team consists of 15-20 incredible colleagues spread across our offices in Sweden. The HR and payroll team based in Malmö consists of two HR Generalists and two HR Business Partners, as well as our payroll manager and payroll specialist. The team has a strong collaboration, with an open and inclusive work environment where everyone is heard. We also work closely with our other HR teams around Sweden, which are Bonway Jönköping, Bonway Mitt, and Bonway Norr.

About the internship

Period: Spring 2025 (flexible start date depending on your studies)

Working hours: Monday-Friday, daytime (approx. 08:00-16:30).

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, is organized, and likes administration, and who wants to develop within the HR field.

A requirement is that you are currently enrolled in an HR or personnel management program. We are looking for 1-2 interns who we believe will fit well into and complement our current HR team to provide us and our interns with as educational and rewarding a time together as possible. We will accept applications until 2024-12-31, after which a selection will be made to choose who will be invited for an interview with us at Stenåldersgatan 11, Malmö. Interviews will take place in mid-January, and those selected for an interview will be contacted well in advance.
