About the Position

As a Gym Host at Fitness24Seven in Malmö, you will work in a dynamic and health-oriented environment where you combine your passion for fitness with your interest in customer contact. You will be part of an engaged team that values health and service.

In your role as a Gym Host, your main responsibilities will include:

Conducting and participating in events and member evenings
Contributing to a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and building relationships with members
Distributing flyers for marketing purposes

The position of Gym Host is a needs-based employment with a start date in February. You will work at the gyms in Slussen, Värnhem, Segevång, and Arlöv, with affiliation to the Värnhem cluster.

About You

We are looking for someone who has completed their high school education and has an interest in sales and marketing. You are service-minded, possess good communication skills, and thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives. Furthermore, we see that you are outgoing, driven, and find it easy to connect with new people. You also have a genuine interest in fitness and health, and see a long-term future in your work at Fitness24Seven.

Important for the position is:

Interest in service and working with people
Interest in sales and ability to connect with people
Ability to work independently and take your own initiatives

Previous experience in service-oriented jobs is an advantage but not a requirement. We also expect you to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have a good understanding of English. Since the role involves working alone and handling payment methods, you must be at least 18 years old.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
