We are looking for someone with at least four years of experience working with payroll in larger flows and who is confident in managing the entire payroll process. Our client is located in modern and pleasant premises in central Malmö. It is important that you can be on-site at the office four days a week to collaborate closely with the team.

Type: Consultancy assignment initially for 3 months with a good chance of extension

Location: Malmö

Your assignment As a payroll specialist, you, along with the rest of the team, own the payroll process and ensure that salaries are paid on time and in accordance with applicable agreements and legislation. Together with the team, you support the organization in matters related to payroll and other compensations. You are also responsible for pensions and handling pension-related issues as well as improvements in the area. You will be part of a team of six employees.

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll runs and handling of expense reports and other compensations
• Insurances within the personnel area (e.g., sickness insurances, occupational injury insurances)
• Reconciliation of payroll-related accounts and financial statements
• Responsible for government reporting
• Handling of personnel documents/employment contracts
• Support to employees and leaders related to payroll

Your background To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with several years of experience in independent payroll work and solid knowledge of pensions, laws, and agreements. You have worked with the entire payroll process from start to finish and are familiar with both collective and salaried employee payrolls. Good system skills and knowledge of AGDA are required.
