We are looking for a person who is good at making contacts, has a lot of drive and commitment, and works results-oriented.

• You apply Yrkescentrum's methods and working methods to ensure high quality in the service.
• You are meticulous and structured when it comes to following up on participants' development and ensuring they receive the right support to achieve their goals.
• You have very good skills in using computer-based programs such as word processing and presentation tools, email, and the internet.

• You are self-driven and have a strong drive to achieve set goals.

Through focused and individual coaching, we help our participants clarify needs and conditions as well as create the materials required for effective marketing of the individual and their skills.

After that, we work to find opportunities that suit the individual - whether it concerns jobs or education. Business contacts are an important part of the matching process, and you need to be able to develop and maintain contacts with employers and educational providers.

Main tasks:

• Conduct individual meetings with participants to support and guide them in their processes.
• Carefully and accurately manage documentation regarding the individual's development.
• Handle administration, planning, and ensure the delivery of high quality.
• Develop existing customer contacts and actively pursue new business contacts.
• Plan and conduct lectures and workshops.

You will work as the sole responsible job coach at our office but will be part of a helpful and supportive team of job coaches at other Yrkescentrum offices.

In the role of job coach, you contribute concretely to the individual's development while working closely with your local business community. We view positively applicants who have the ambition to develop within the company, but you must already meet the eligibility requirements for the position.

Competence requirements

You have at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system)

You have at least two years of work experience equivalent to full-time.

You master the Swedish language in speech and writing.

Employment conditions:

The position is 50%, with working hours Mon-Fri. No remote work.

Immediate start. Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Salary according to collective agreement, individual salary setting.
