About the Workplace
At the Health and Care Administration, we work with people. Real people. People who, just like you, live life. We are about 4,500 employees - from nursing assistants, support assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to economists, investigators, and care coordinators who contribute in various ways to ensure that the city's elderly and people with disabilities can live a rich and independent life.
We are now looking for professional and experienced HSL administrators for the units of licensed personnel within special housing.
Job Responsibilities
As an administrator for healthcare personnel, you are accustomed to tasks related to finance, purchasing, and scheduling. You work on multiple parallel tasks simultaneously and will utilize your ability to create structure and deliver on time.
In your role, you will be responsible for scheduling, staffing, and other administrative tasks that may arise in daily operations. You will support your unit manager and present various materials, statistics, and gathered information to enable follow-up and decision-making.
You will have daily contact with colleagues, HR administrators, and other support functions in the administration, and you will be part of a network of administrators who together develop common working methods.

Qualifications
As the job description states, there are high demands on you as an administrator. You should have an administrative education, and to succeed in the role, you need work experience in administration and scheduling.
You have good knowledge of working with various digital tools and systems and have the ability to guide and provide support to our users. Your analytical skills translate data and compile and present materials in a pedagogical way. You have a good level of proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
In your work, you should have a structured and independent working style, and it is important that you can prioritize and take initiatives to be part of the development. Daily work is variable, and challenges arise that require high flexibility and solution focus.
It is advantageous if you have previous experience as an HSL administrator and are familiar with our support systems, such as Business System UBW, Medvind, Winlas, and Personec P.
A valid driver's license is a requirement.
