About the role
As an Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that invoicing to customers is carried out according to given directives, instructions, and agreements. The role involves responsibility for invoicing of completed service work, maintenance of customer portals, and other related administrative tasks. As an Invoice Administrator, you are also expected to contribute to the development of both processes and efficiency. Furthermore, the role entails a broad contact interface with customers and service technicians for follow-up and ensuring that invoicing documentation is correct.
Who are you?
We believe that you:
- Have the ability to create structure, and that you are both meticulous and service-minded in your work approach.
- Have previous experience in invoicing or administration
- Have very good computer skills (MS Office, Android & FMP360)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
The position is initially a fixed-term employment for six months with the possibility of permanent employment, and you will be based at our office in Landskrona.
