Responsibilities:
As part of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in every customer experience. In the role of customer service representative, you will primarily respond to incoming calls and emails. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction, contributing to sales and efficiency.
As part of the team, you will work with:
- Incoming calls
- Incoming and outgoing email management
- Chat
- Mail handling
- Case management/Feedback cases
- Power of attorney management

Who are you?
- You preferably have previous experience in customer service, sales, or equivalent experience.
- You should be able to work both individually and in a team.
- You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written. If you speak additional languages, it is a plus.
- You have good computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with the Office Suite.
- You have prior experience with CRM or customer systems.

Will I receive training?
All new employees receive internal training in the electricity market during their first week. The training is on-site and fully paid.

About the Position:
Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.
Employment conditions: Permanent, 6-month probationary period.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary
