About the Department:

We have previously used an external SEO agency, but will now work with SEO internally. In this role, you will help build the foundation for our SEO work, and the tasks may change as we develop.

Responsibilities:

As an SEO Specialist, you will play a key role in improving our website's visibility in search engines and helping us create long-term traffic growth. You will work on both strategic and operational tasks to optimize our digital presence. Your work will include:

• Keyword analysis and optimization: Conduct thorough keyword analysis and implement optimized keywords in both content and campaigns.
• On-page and off-page SEO: Improve the website's technical SEO and work on external link building to increase authority and ranking.
• SEO strategy: Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Analysis and reporting: Measure and analyze SEO results, create reports, and recommend improvements to optimize our web pages.
• Staying updated: Follow the latest trends and updates in SEO and search algorithms to ensure our strategies are current and competitive.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in SEO and digital marketing. You are analytical and have the ability to turn data into concrete improvements. We would like you to have:

• Experience in SEO optimization.
• Experience in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team to achieve common goals.
• Experience in creating and implementing SEO strategies for long-term traffic growth.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
• At least 2 years of experience or more in a similar role.

About the Position:

Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.

Employment conditions: Permanent, 6 months probationary period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
