We are now looking for an order administrator with a service mindset to support the order & project department at our client in Lund!

What does the job entail?

• Support with cost tracking of project orders
• Issue and follow up on purchase orders
• Assist Order Project Leaders with preparations for budget and cost tracking
• Define, plan, and manage quality activities to meet project requirements by using necessary processes, methods, and tools
• Act as a link between the business area and tank suppliers
• Issue shipping instructions
• Other administrative tasks

What is required from you to succeed in the position?

• You need to be able to handle many different orders and tasks simultaneously,
• Decision-making and problem-solving
• You have good skills in cost analysis and control
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Proficient user of MS Outlook and MS Excel
• Systematic working method as well as the ability to take initiative, drive your activities, and be service-oriented

Meritorious:

• SAP
• Procurement experience
