The Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in preferably Lund, Sweden or alternatively Modena, Italy. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in preferably Lund, Sweden or alternatively Modena, Italy but you will work in a global arena.

What you will do

As our new Future Talent – Commercial Product Management & Integrated Solutions Excellence and Execution Driver in the Processing Business Sector Key Components, Plant Solutions, and Channel Management you will:

• Implement the global strategy and lead the collaboration with Corporate Governance, Communications, Marketing, and Portfolio teams and act in a set and sustainable framework as the spokesperson and key contact for the sector. This includes actively participating in relevant meetings.
• Take ownership in coordinating the sector-wide corporate governance related communication and ensuring its effectiveness.
• Lead the product and solution related internal and external value-based selling communication workstream.
• Run the channel marketing related initiatives, including ensuring engagement, creating content, coordinating stakeholder involvement.
• Being responsible for maintaining a fit-for-purpose monitoring system to track return of investment of different initiatives and ensure they support delivery of our financial plans.
• Analyse and support the effective management of leads and opportunities to enable sales.
• You will report to the VP of the Business Sector and also participate in parts of the Business Sector's Management Team meetings.

We believe you have

• You have a master's degree in a Business-Related Field, Marketing, Communications, or Sales (Graduated 2024-2025)
• It is possible that you have experience working in Marketing/Sales departments of FMCG Companies, Advertising Agencies, or your own or other's Start-Up Environment
• You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
• You have good communications skills, written and spoken
• Previous international studies/experience as well as working with different stakeholders are considered meritorious
