As a Purchase Order Controller, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our aircraft operational 24/7 by managing spare parts procurement with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient procurement/repair of high-value aircraft parts.
• Source vendors, negotiate effectively, and recommend the best offers.
• Process warranty claims and maintain optimal stock levels across locations.
• Stay updated on airworthiness regulations and reduce unnecessary costs.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• Education in Logistics/Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation and quick sourcing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of purchasing, repairing, shipping, and warranty administration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Right to live and work in EU.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on expertise with Envision, MRO-based ERP systems, and aviation supply procurement.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and aviation spare parts markets.
• Have experience on procuring of aviation spare parts, knowledge about aviation supplies and the market.

Additional Requirements:

As this role involves a security-classified area, passing a background check is mandatory.
