About the role

As a purchasing assistant, you will work on an as-needed basis with administrative and operational tasks within purchasing and logistics. You will be part of the maintenance department and will support the team in their daily work. We prefer that you are flexible and can work a few hours per week, as well as full-time during the summer and Christmas periods.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing purchase orders and order administration.
• Receiving goods and deliveries.
• Ordering materials for production and maintenance.
• Internal collaboration with relevant managers.
• Support with various administrative tasks related to the team.
• Conducting inventories.

About you

We are looking for a student who wants to combine their studies with a flexible and developing part-time job where you can grow and gain valuable experience. You are a committed and unpretentious person who enjoys collaborating and building good relationships in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications and characteristics:

• Ongoing studies in purchasing, economics, or supply chain management, preferably with at least two years remaining.
• Structured and meticulous with the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks.
• Social and team-oriented – you contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace.
• Problem-solving oriented and engaged in your tasks.
• High work ethic and reliable.
• Basic understanding of numbers, and an interest in systems is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Additional information

Working hours are flexible and will vary as follows:

• Full-time the first week (3 days).
• Three days per week during the following two weeks.
• 1 day per week until summer.
• Full-time for 4–8 weeks during the summer, and as needed during Christmas and other holidays.

Working hours are between 07:00 and 16:00, with some flexibility possible.
