About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator with us, you will have a varied and eventful everyday life where you are a key person in our team. Your tasks span several areas, from ticket sales and member services to marketing and event planning.

Your main tasks

• Ticket and season pass management
  • Be responsible for our ticket system (AXS) and ensure that tickets and season passes are managed correctly.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns and packages for both individuals and companies.
  • Coordinate staffing and service at ticket counters on match days.
• Merchandise and souvenir shop
  • Drive marketing of the HIF shop's offerings on social media.
  • Be involved in product development, pricing, and campaigns.
  • Be responsible for sales and staffing in our physical souvenir shop.
• Member services
  • Handle administrative tasks related to memberships and distribution processes.
  • Participate in planning and executing member meetings and annual meetings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with members through active communication.
• Communication and marketing
  • Be part of our work with posts on social media and other digital channels.
• Other assignments
  • Attend HIF's home matches and participate in events and arrangements.
  • Contribute to the development of the entire marketing department and our projects.

Who are you?

• Have experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
• Are structured and used to handling administrative tasks.
• Are social, service-oriented, and have an easy time building relationships.
