Job Responsibilities:

In the role of customer service representative with a focus on contract management, you will primarily handle outgoing calls and email communication with customers who have, for example, submitted a moving notification, are switching electricity providers, or have a contract that is approaching its end. The focus of the role is to deliver high customer satisfaction and to be a helping hand in the process of choosing an electricity contract.

As part of the team, you will work with:

• Incoming calls and emails for quotes and cancellations.
• Outgoing calls and emails for customers who have submitted moving notifications, are switching electricity contracts, and contracts that are nearing their end.
• Power of attorney management
• Case management/Follow-up cases.

Who are you?

• You preferably have previous experience in customer service, sales, or equivalent experience.
• You should be able to work both independently and in a team.
• You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English, both spoken and written. If you speak additional languages, this is an advantage.
• You have good computer skills.

Desirable:

• Previous experience with the Office Suite.
• You have previous experience with CRM or customer systems.

Will I receive training?

All new employees receive internal training in the electricity market during their first week. The training is on-site and fully paid.

About the position:

Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.

Employment conditions: Permanent, 6-month probationary period.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary
