We are now looking for a customer responsible person for Riksbyggen's customer group in the Southern Skåne market area. The role of customer responsible is central to the customer-oriented organization and has the task of ensuring that customers have full access to Riksbyggen's broad expertise in property management. The Southern Skåne market area conducts property management and currently has about 160 employees in Economic and Technical management, Energy, Customer Group, and Property Services.

The role of customer responsible means strengthening and developing existing customer relationships in a businesslike manner. You will be part of the Customer Group consisting of several customer responsible persons, who together work to develop and drive the work forward and to achieve the market area's common revenue goals. With knowledge of the customer's needs and interests, you offer customized solutions based on Riksbyggen's total service offering and prepare quotes and contracts. You work towards set sales and budget goals and are responsible for revenue and profitability for your customers. In close collaboration with the delivery organization, you work purposefully to ensure customer satisfaction in assignments.

Together with others in the organization, you participate in customer activities such as theme evenings and fairs. The work is varied, social, and independent. You work a lot according to the principle of freedom under responsibility and solve the challenges you face, handle the tasks assigned to you, and seek help from and assist your colleagues when needed. Any evening work is compensated with otherwise flexible working hours.

As an employee at Riksbyggen, you are also expected to be a member of one or more tenant-owner associations; if you have board member assignments, a responsibility fee will be paid.

You contribute with your competence and engagement

We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing the business together with the customer based on their needs.

You have an academic education from a university/college or equivalent, for example, with a focus on property economics or real estate brokerage. You are comfortable with various data systems and have very good administrative skills. To be suitable for the role, experience and competence in sales, customer service, and financial work in the form of calculations, analysis, and follow-up are needed. We see a clear advantage if you have work experience from the property industry. Since contracts and negotiations are central parts of the assignment, we would like you to have competence and experience in contract law (preferably ABFF) or construction law (e.g., ABK, AB & ABT).

As a person, you are driven to create good customer relationships and make profitable, sustainable long-term deals. You have good collaboration skills and communicate easily and credibly with different people, both externally and within the organization. You are solution-oriented, well-structured, and have a developed ability to coordinate many contact points.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing. The position requires a B driver's license and access to your own car.

Employment and application

The position is full-time with placement in Malmö, but you may also work in other locations in the market area.
