To thrive as an employee at Sodexo, you should enjoy a varied and sometimes challenging job. Sodexo Lost & Found is tasked with providing lost property services where we manage the handling of lost items on trains. The service means that we will, to the greatest extent possible, reunite customers with their lost items. Customers contacting our department should receive a pleasant and professional response with quick handling. The opening hours for item retrieval are Monday to Saturday.

Your tasks will include receiving lost property, registering, matching, and handing out or sending items to customers, as well as answering the phone during our opening hours. In this role, you will have daily contact with customers and colleagues within Sodexo.

To enjoy working in customer service, we hope you always strive to give that little extra to the customer. You are driven, social, and feel comfortable speaking and advising customers over the phone. We place great value on a good service mentality among our employees. By this, we mean that in addition to performing your tasks, you can handle meetings with different people, are attentive to customers' needs, and can offer a smile even when things get busy.

We intend to fill a position in the form of a permanent employment.

We would like you to have:

Completed upper secondary education
Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Be meticulous, punctual, and flexible
Good computer skills

It is a plus if you:

Have previous experience in service and customer reception
