As an accounting assistant with us, you will play an important role in our finance department. You will contribute your knowledge in an environment characterized by collaboration, development, and a forward-thinking attitude. You will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager in Malmö and become part of a team that supports and inspires each other.

About the position

In this role, you will assist corporate accountants with ongoing tasks such as:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Debt collection
• Email monitoring of incoming cases
• VAT reporting and reconciliations
• General administrative tasks within the finance department.

Profile and qualifications

We are looking for someone who has good collaboration skills and is an analytical problem solver. You work carefully and responsibly, and you are eager to contribute your helpfulness to create a positive work environment. Additionally, you have a strong ability to prioritize and maintain focus on what is most important, even in challenging situations.

To succeed, we see that you formally have:

• Relevant education in finance or comparable work experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to handle financial systems.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and structure.
