Are you a passionate salesperson with a love for design and customer experience? We are looking for someone who wants to create magical moments for our customers at Iittala Outlet! Here, you will have the chance to work with some of the most iconic brands in design and quality – Iittala, Rörstrand, Fiskars, Arabia, and Moomin.
We are looking for a creative and energetic salesperson who not only wants to sell but also contribute to a unique shopping experience. As part of our team, you will be an ambassador for our world-famous brands and help spread joy to customers through exceptional service and expert knowledge of our products.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who loves working with people and has a passion for creating memorable experiences. In the role of salesperson, your main focus will be to provide each customer with the very best service – from giving personal recommendations to helping them find the perfect craftsmanship for their home. You will also be part of the store's daily operations, where you and your team will be responsible for ensuring that the store always looks inviting and that campaigns and sales targets are followed up.
Your responsibilities:
- Personal sales and tailored customer service
- Cash handling and payment processing
- Restocking and organizing merchandise in the store
- Actively participating in the follow-up and analysis of the store's sales key figures
- Upholding the brands' history and quality promise
- Ensuring that the store maintains the highest standards in both customer service and visual presentation
What we believe you have:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in design, interior, or fashion where service and customer satisfaction are key
- Flexibility and the ability to step in at short notice
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written – additional languages are a plus
- A genuine interest in our brands and their history
- A strong sense of customer needs and the ability to create a personal and tailored shopping experience
- A positive and solution-oriented attitude – you enjoy taking initiative and working independently
- A strong team focus and a desire to contribute to the team's success

About the position:
The position is a one-year temporary contract. The position has a workload of 19 hours per week and will start immediately. We interview continuously, so please send in your application as soon as possible!
