About the role As a supervisor for our summer workers, you will guide young people aged 13-16 in one of our residential areas. Your main task is to support the youth by planning and leading activities and tasks. The role also requires some administrative structure, as you will be responsible for reporting attendance and absences.

A total of eight supervisors will work together during the summer, giving you the opportunity to work in pairs as well as collaborate with the entire group. Together, you will create a safe and inspiring environment where the youth can develop and gain a positive view of working life.

Who are we looking for?

• You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• We prefer that you have completed high school education. A driver's license is a plus.

• If you have experience in leadership or working with children/youth, that is a significant advantage.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference for young people and be a positive role model for our summer workers. You have a calm and reassuring manner that makes the youth feel safe and welcomed, and you are attentive and flexible in your communication with both colleagues and residents. With a strong desire to help and a solution-oriented attitude, you support the youth in the best way possible and contribute to their positive experience of working life.

Good to know The job lasts during weeks 25, 26, 27, and 28. In addition, we expect one week of training before starting. In total, there will be 5 working weeks, Monday to Friday. The salary is 160 SEK per hour + 12% vacation pay.
