We are looking for staff for a residence for boys aged 14-18 years. The person we are seeking should particularly excel in documentation and have expertise in TBA, TMO, and preferably PBS.

Insikten is a company that offers care and treatment to children and adolescents with autism and other neuropsychiatric disorders. We are never stagnant; we are in constant development. Insikten's operations are based on the idea that every child and adolescent placed with us should receive the best possible treatment and meaningful development towards improvement. We develop our operations with the clear goal that the processes and routines of the organization should be designed to best contribute to the treatment results we want to achieve, and we purposefully enhance the competence of our staff. Today, Insikten operates HVB and consultant-supported family home services. In both operations, we have the same focus, which means we can share competence and experiences. You enjoy being part of a team, but you can also work individually and take your own initiatives. You like variation and challenges and are driven by helping other people.

Requirements include being an educated behavioral scientist, social worker, support educator, special educator, treatment assistant, treatment educator, social educator, or having another equivalent education. We also consider experience with younger children according to the target group as an advantage.

Who are we

Insikten currently has 3 residences. We have been around since '96 and have spent 27 years shaping and creating the model we work with today. Our target group has been boys aged 14-19 years with NPF issues focusing on autism. We have chosen to work in a small context as we have seen through experience that the best results are achieved in a smaller setting. Our fundamental view is that we must always meet our youth with respect and empathy, where we have the ability to understand their feelings and perspectives, and from that, provide support through communication and action. It is only then that we can develop their ability to interact.
